After the Hidden St. Catharines project launched in early 2022, a representative from the mysterious G.D.T. organization reached out to our crack team of researchers (Joe) with a proposal — take on the distribution of campaign donations on behalf of G.D.T. The nameless representative stated that this collaboration would reduce costs on their end, and allow G.D.T. to increase the size of their donations for the 2023 campaign cycle. After much consideration, the Hidden St. Catharines team (Joe) agreed, and set up this store to facilitate the dispersal of campaign funds. Immediately, the site was overrun with traffic — both from legitimate candidates, and from some who were… less than reputable. While the funds were eventually doled out, it took countless sleepless nights and extensive coordination with officials across several levels of government. As soon as the elections were called, a courier arrived at Hidden St. Catharines HQ (Joe’s house) with a message on G.D.T. letterhead. The note read as follows:
“There’s a reason we shun the spotlight. Thank you for your assistance during this election cycle. We’ll take it from here.”
